Manchester City are trying to get permission for a safe standing area at their proposed new ground at Eastlands. With the fact that the smaller standing areas in the lower divions are still operational without any serious incidents I see no reason why the Premier League shouldnt allow standing areas to return. They need to listen to the real fans, we want terraces back for the good of the game and atmosphere.
