: What are you all talking about? You all just picked (mostly) the team which is quite clearly not good enough. Andy Cole should never play for England again - he has had chances and continues to display the fact that he is not good enough for international football. Heskey doesn't look like he will ever get close either. : What we need to do is look at the wealth of 18-22 year old talent we have and bring them in. It will give the team passion and drive, and just think what experience and how good they COULD be in, say, 2 years if they get their chance NOW. It's the only way, we have so much talent there but we stick with the rubbish. We need a manager with the foresight and bottle to do it. The Nevilles, for example, only get in the England side for one reason - cos they play for Man U.
