Can anyone clarify the ruling on ticket refunds. We were at the Blackpool Norwich game last night. the match did not kick off BUT THE CLUB COUNTED IT AS A ABANDONMENT AND GAVE VOUCHERS INSTEAD OF CASH. iS THIS RIGHT?
