However, if you wish to complain directly to the FA, about the small allocation, non-use of loyalty, immense inconvenience faced by the ticket lines or any other factor, Call the FA 020 7745 4545. Ask for 'Customer Relations Unit' and register your complaint
They DO record ALL complaints so worth phoning.
