As all the games you are looking at are in London, there is an easy way to do it. A lot of games, especially Premiership games, are sold out well in advance, if you get a copy of a newspaper called the Londond Evening Standard on the Friday, this will give you a list of all games being played involving London clubs, and what price tickets are available.
As for the best stand to get tickets you should have no problem with the fans at most of the grounds. Spurs are very good fans so you can get your tickets anywhere...I'd say the same with most. Local 'firms' causes little trouble inside games in their own seats, so as long as you are not bweing loud aboput supporting the other team you'll be OK.
