This is our NATIONAL game after all - I'm English and in the end I had to watch Scotland and Ireland play footy cos I can't watch my own team!!
That seems pretty sad to me!
: You have to realise that this is nothing to do with Sky. The Finnish FA have the rights to their home international games and have chosen to go PPV as they feel playing England will provide them with a good income...which they need.
: And you will notice it's not on Sky, it's on U>Direct which is a different thing altogether from Sky Box Office. The FA have stated that they will not charge PPV for England games but will sell the rights to Sky as long as games are shown on mainstream Sky and not Box Office.
