Forgot about your other points. Totally disagree about the game in 1992(?)So unarrogant where we about any game that season that not once did we sing "were gonna win the league". If I remember that game was played on a Thursday night in a situation similar to Liverpool's at the moment. We weren't complacent at all, just knackered and slowly bottling it. As for this year, well what can I say you bastards!! Fabian, hand in the air still haunts me. And now we have got the worst possible final.

Cantona did make a massive difference to the attitude. Some of the younger players like Giggs reckon that he influenced them more than anyone.

: : Voted for by who though John? ONE OF YOUR FANZINES

: Ahh yes..That famous fall at the last hurdle....

: Seriously though Ray, I thought then, as I thought your FA Cup defeat to West Ham this season was all because of attitude.....The game in 1991 was strange because both the United team and supporters turned up with an air of arrogant complacency, thinking that was all they had to do to win. The result and post mortem are history..But that complacency returned I feel in the Cup game at OT with the same conclusion.

: Did Cantona really make a difference to the attitude of the team ? I don't think so, certainly not in the way Roy Keane has....

: A very good player, yes....Best player of all time at OT...No....Best gets that accolade !!
